Kerry-Ann's Story
Kerry has held the position of Director at the Moodjarl Aboriginal Corporation since 2006, offering vital support for various social needs within the Nyungar community. Additionally, she fulfils the role of Trustee for the Nyungar Tours’ Kerry Ann Winmar Family Trust established in 2018.

In 2020, Kerry was honoured with the Small Business Perth NAIDOC Award, bestowed by WA Governor Kim Beazley. She serves as both a mentor and apprentice in Basic Nyungar language training.

Kerry brings a wealth of expertise in the land value and property development sector, particularly in commercial property development across Perth and the Southwest of Western Australia. Her responsibilities encompass overseeing property portfolios with a focus on governance.
She is passionate about community and has a genuine desire to improve the social conditions and economic wellbeing of Nyungar People.

Kerry-Ann Winmar, a respected Elder, hails from the Whadjuk and Ballardong peoples, boasting profound familial ties across Perth's metropolitan area and Western Australia's Southwest.
She possesses a wealth of knowledge about the Nyungar language, heritage, and culture, passed down through generations.
